I went because i needed some tires installed asap. I dropped my truck off in the morning after washing it and left. 3 hours later they called me so i went to pick it up. The girl working the counter was very nice and probably the best employee in that dept. So i go out to my truck and notice a paint transfer and scuff in the tailgait about waist hieght. I left to meet an appointment and driving on Circle drive my hood started bouncing up and down, they had left the hood popped and the secondary latch was all that was holding it down. I went back. The service manager (Tyson i think his name was) offered to buff out the scuff and buy me an oil change. I mentioned i use synthetic and his offer left the table. All in all it was a bad expierience and although i delt with one great employee, i cant look past the shops blunders. I just hope the tires are properly installed. Canadian Tire is an ok place to buy stuff for ur house but the automotive shop fails GREATLY in comparison to real automotive shops.
